I write about how I take control over my life, one day at a time, to become the healthiest version of myself. This is a collection of lifestyle choices that lead to a (hopefully) disease free healthier me. I'm a 24 year old woman, 5 feet tall and weigh 142 pounds as I type. I also have a history of cardiovascular diseases in my family. Not a very healthy picture at the moment. My BMI is 27.7, overweight. I also have a lot of bad habits that need to go, and this is my attempt to document my journey and master my health, hopefully giving a newer meaning to life in my twenties and beyond.
